Batch#2021-3
Batch 1 of ParticleX PropTech Global Challenge started in Nov 2021, we finally shortlisted top 12 to join virtual interviews in Jan 2022, we will identify teams that are the most suitable solutions for our corporate partners or offer investment opportunities. As a next step, five of the selected startups will be invited to attend online investment committee meetings on 17 February 2022.
Batch#2022-1
For batch 2, we are looking for early-stage startups, offer innovative technology solutions to real-world challenges in the property and real estate industries, which will contribute to achieving ESG goals ultimately.

Direct Investment & Business Matching (USD200k for PropertyTech + contracts/funding)
- Joining PPGC will be eligible for evaluation by ParticleX, Chinachem Group, Hong Kong Business Angel Network, HKSTP – Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation Venture and other co-investment partners. Selected solutions will be matched with potential corporate clients from Hong Kong and Asia Pacific region with a primary focus in construction, property development, and the property management supply chain.

Incubation & Onboarding Support
PPGC, in collaboration with HKSTP – Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation and HKAI Lab, offers incubation and acceleration program opportunities to eligible candidates. StartmeupHK , a government division of InvestHK, will help overseas candidates set up their business in Hong Kong. Asia PropTech offers onboarding support and advisory services, while Smart City Consortium provides a resourceful platform to connect with various PropTech industry stakeholders from China and Hong Kong
