ParticleX PropTech Global Challenge 2020 , a partnership with leading property developer Chinachem, and supported by Hong Kong Science and Technology Park (HKSTP) aims at offering an agile and innovative process for overseas startups to meet investors, corporate clients and government support resources within one programme and one process.
The 1st batch was closed on 14 Oct, we have received applications from different countries, which highlight its international character. Hong Kong, China and the United States represent the majority of participants, but there are also startups from countries like Spain, Portugal, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Argentina, Ukraine, India and Bangladesh, etc.
The new initiative has sparked the interest of startups from many areas of Proptech related activities, namely from the sectors of internet of things, smart city, new energy, hospitality, data analytics, fintech, health care, transportation and robotics, etc. As intended, this program has attracted startup with immediate solutions to help mitigate the downturn and disruption caused by the pandemic.

Proptech startups that have immediate technology-based solutions with the impacts of Cost Reduction, Customer Leads & Engagement, ESG Impact Creation should apply today. Solutions coverage can be multi-disciplinary and across sectors of real estate, construction, smart city, legal, finance and collaborative and co-opetition projects.
